Bioidentical hormone therapy uses hormones that are chemically identical to hormones the body produces. Depending on your medical history and treatment goals, a licensed clinician may consider FDA-approved estradiol and micronized progesterone products in patches, pills, capsules, or creams. The word “bioidentical” does not by itself mean safer, more effective, or compounded; the product, route, dose, risks, and follow-up all matter.

How much does this actually cost?
The initial consultation costs $100. If you're eligible and choose ongoing care, membership is $100 per month. Membership includes unlimited doctor messaging, ongoing dose adjustments when appropriate, prescription and refill management, and expedited shipping. Medication is billed separately, and you see its price before authorizing payment.
Will this work for me?
Most women with hot flashes, sleep trouble, mood changes, or painful sex are a great fit for personalized HRT. Your doctor reviews your full history and tells you honestly what will help, and what won't.
Is hormone therapy safe?
For most healthy women under 60 or within 10 years of menopause, the benefits of HRT and specifically bHRT outweigh the risks. Women with breast cancer, uterine cancer, unexplained uterine bleeding, liver disease, a history of blood clots, and a cardiovascular disease typically should not use hormone therapy. If hormone therapy isn't right for you, your menopause-trained doctor will say so and offer alternatives.
What happens after I check eligibility?
After you complete our secure online intake, you pay $100 for a menopause-trained doctor to review your case. If eligible, you receive a personalized plan and choose whether to begin the $100 monthly membership. Medication remains a separate charge.
