Refund and Cancellation Policy

Last updated July 13, 2026

How consultation fees, monthly membership charges, medication orders, cancellations, refunds, and billing errors are handled.

This policy is part of the Veradene Terms & Conditions. It applies to charges collected by Veradene. A pharmacy, laboratory, medical group, or other third party may have separate terms for charges it collects directly.

1. Initial consultation

The initial consultation fee is $100. You may request a full refund before a clinician begins reviewing your submitted intake. Once clinical review has begun or the consultation has otherwise been delivered, the consultation fee is non-refundable except where required by law or where Veradene charged you in error.

If Veradene cannot route your paid consultation for reasons within our control, we will refund the consultation fee. A clinician deciding that a prescription or ongoing treatment is not appropriate does not, by itself, mean that the consultation was not delivered.

2. Monthly membership

Membership is $100 per month and renews automatically until you cancel. You may cancel at any time through the cancellation method shown in your account or by emailing care@veradene.com. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the paid billing period.

Membership fees are not prorated or refunded for a partially used billing period, except where required by law or where Veradene charged you after a timely cancellation or otherwise made a billing error. Cancel before your next renewal date to avoid the next charge.

3. Medication and pharmacy charges

Medication is not included in the Veradene membership fee. Prescription orders may be prepared and fulfilled by an independent pharmacy. Once a pharmacy has begun preparing or dispensed a prescription, the order generally cannot be cancelled, returned, or reused. The dispensing pharmacy’s policy controls any medication charge it collects directly.

If medication arrives damaged, is not the medication ordered, or does not arrive, contact care@veradene.com and the dispensing pharmacy promptly. We will help route a replacement or other remedy under the applicable pharmacy policy. Do not use medication that appears damaged, altered, or incorrect.

4. Billing errors and duplicate charges

Contact care@veradene.com as soon as you notice a duplicate, incorrect, or unauthorized charge. Include the charge date and amount, but do not email full card numbers or sensitive medical information. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; financial institutions may take additional time to post them.

5. How to request a refund or cancel

Use the cancellation control in your account when available, or email care@veradene.com. Tell us the email address on the account, the charge date and amount, and whether you are asking to cancel, correct a billing error, or request a refund. We may ask for information needed to verify the account.
