Your initial consultation is $99, flat. If a doctor determines treatment is appropriate and you choose ongoing care, you receive one monthly plan price that includes your prescribed medication and shipping, billed every 3 months with your 90-day supply.
Veradene is cash-pay and does not bill insurance. You see the exact monthly price, the amount of each 3-month charge, and all renewal and cancellation terms before you authorize ongoing care.

A licensed doctor reviews your protected intake and health history, decides whether telehealth care is appropriate, and explains reasonable next steps. Paying for a consultation does not guarantee a prescription.
Care plans
If a doctor determines treatment is appropriate for you, you choose a plan with one monthly price, billed every 3 months. Each charge covers a 90-day supply. Medication is part of the plan price — there is no separate pharmacy bill for your prescribed treatment. When your plan includes medication, its cost is part of your plan price. A licensed pharmacy dispenses and ships it; Veradene arranges and pays for dispensing and shipping.

Laboratory testing, when a doctor recommends it, is shown to you before you agree to it.
Cancellation and refunds
Our Refund and Cancellation Policy explains the terms in full: a care plan can be cancelled at any time online from your Veradene Account or by email, cancelling stops all future charges, and the consultation fee is refunded in full if your doctor determines that treatment through Veradene is not right for you (laboratory testing, when included, is the laboratory’s charge and is not refunded). There are no free trials and no automatic enrollment. Checkout shows these terms again before you authorize payment.
